if you can prove that something broke and THEN you hit the wall then yeah, but if you hit the wall and then it broke then no.

Yup I would bet that every vehicle on the road but a Tank, track ho, or anything that didn't have tracks would be the same result.. That's because there connected with shaft instead an A Arm and tie rod.. think of it like a lever.. try to break that same part from pushing on the center of the wheel or the inside it wont break! Now that part snapping would be that same as if it stayed together and just bent the wheel would still be toed out! Heck it happens in NASCAR and Indy all the time they manage to nurse it back to the pits those parts are strong..

Force = mass x acceleration/or traveling speed!

If the weight of the car is N = lb, corresponding to
mass = kg = slugs,
and the car is traveling with a speed:
v = m/s = km/hr = mi/hr,
then a crash which stopped the car in a distance d=m = ft
would result in an average impact force of
Impact force F = N = lb = tons!!

So you applied 6.6 tons on that little part at 10 mph

Yes but of the wheel is toed out and latches on to a pole, then what? That's what he's saying happened.

No it's not, but the broken tie rod is VERY consistent with the damage on the fender.

If the damage was on the other fender or front end I might believe this story.
