Redline ZLR Intake Results!

Just got done with a few pulls with our new ZLR intake for the ZL...

Results as expected......

These results are on a stock automatic.....we only corrected for the larger MAF size no other changes...cars pulls real hard now!

You took it to higher revs on the good passes too. Still 50whp seems so hard to believe...From an intake and tune? Wow, put a pulley on there...

From some of the dyno numbers starting to pop up, seems like there is a very conservative tune out of the factory...

Honestly GM has been getting more and more aggressive with there factory calibrations. We didn't want to change too much to to fast so we can ensure results are specific to modifications. I'm not surprised at the results as we had seen about the same on the CTSV.

We have two more cars we are going to back up the results on.

I just reread your questions.....we have full control over the E67 Engine Controller as well as the T43 Trans controller.....I've had the stock calibration on my laptop for almost 5 weeks...

Sounds about right for a FI car.

I would guess you can pick up around 35-40 from tune alone.

Nice jump!

But doesn't a baseline 24% driveline loss seem a bit high?

Very nice. What kind of dyno do you guys use? Looks like our baseline stock ZL1 auto dyno numbers are not too far apart.
