Hot Wheels Camaro Certificate

I was just wondering if GM offers the certificate for all Camaro's or just the Hot Wheel edition?

This is my first Camaro, and I will give my.chevrolet.com/certificate a try tonight to see how it goes.

I never received a certificate for my HWSE, but from the link I see that it is only available to those bought in the USA. Wonder if we can get those in Canada?

I'm sorry, but a COA for a car is just silly. I wonder how many counterfeit HWSE there are out there. LOL

I did it. The certificate is kind of cool. My car build number was 733 of 1524. Sweet!

To be honest, after filling it out, I don't think it matters. I bought my car in IL, but I lived in Iowa at the time. If you don't mind putting down a city and state in the USA, you can fill it out and it will show you your sequence number.

It might be nonsense now... But, 50 years from now when it's a classic the COA will be a nice touch that can only serve to help the value.

Looks like it might be something similar to what GM decided to do for ZL1 buyers.
If that's the case, the ZL1 buyers didn't need to fill out anything on-line, they were just automatically sent to them.
And I believe that in the case of the ZL1 certificates, only the US buyers got them. Canadian buyers do not.
No idea why and non of the ZL1 buyers have figured it out yet either.

That is a really awesome thing to have a Certificate for a Limited edition car..and in years to come, having all the documentation for a car could double the value.. depending on production run etc..

I made an inquiry into availability for us Canadians and was told that all hot wheels cars no matter where they are located were to get certificate. they are supposedly working on the fix for this.
