Forget the 500 even if he had DRs and could actually drive the car it still would have been a close race. Now for the SS running solid 11:70s with the small amount of mods is really amazing.

Depending in the year, a GT500 will run in the 10's with drag tires. It is however quite impressive what the gen6 SS is doing. It will beat my ZL1 too.

In this case, the GT500 is prior to the Trinity motor (13-14) so it is not going to come close to getting in the 10's on any tire. Too heavy.

That's why I asked. Too many unknows for a fair comparison. Like others have said, that is great to see these cars running in the 11's with very little mods regardless of the car in the other lane.
