Actually getting there, I just picked up my car from the dealer saturday morning at 7:45am after having the tranny replaced, got on the road at 8:30am arrived at 12:40!! New tranny going great, enjoyed seeing so many Camaros in the same spot, just awesome!! Seeing some of the people on this site and seeing so many great times on the 1/4. My daughter kept saying" mommy why aren't you gonna race today?" I told her maybe next year. All in all it was a great event I didn't think I was going to make it too but did. Can't wait til next year.

Yeah, but I was catching him. I was having a hard time getting this thing to 60ft. right... but he got me on that run, not a big deal. FWIW, the car has gone 125mph and should be in the low 11's STOCK when I figure out the launch.

Car looks and sounds great! How much power is it putting down? I'm thinking in the 600rwhp+ range.

When my son said... 'Wow Dad...you're car is just run of the mill here...'

...wait...was this 'good moments'???

The best moment was all day...I got to spend it with my son for some quality one on one time. He's ten, and not very into cars, so to see the maturity and patience he displayed in 'entertaining' my interests was the best 'moment' I've had in a long, long time.

SpyMaster....next Jacksonville meet he DESPERATELY wants to see inside your car...

He got to see my 'favorite' Camaro...and my favorite vette...

And my 'run of the mill' car....

I knew someone was going to bring that up though.... it's not enough that the challengers were getting raped but a Z06 too? No way someone is not gonna talk about that!

It's all fun. I know this car in stock trim has another second left on the table but getting it to 60ft. right WITHOUT having the temps way up is tricky. I wanted to get as many runs in but my temps were just too high to get a good, solid pass. I missed 3rd twice in a row and at that point my mph kept dropping.

my final two passed of the night was when I was figuring it all out but at that point I literally had no more tire left. Gotta bring the DR's next time as this car just eats up the street tires!

My favorite moment was just getting there after thinking I would not be able to make it , but at the last min. and after listening to me whine for 2 days Momma did some shuffling and found a bit of funds for me to make the trip , Wooooo Hooooo Momma so left the house at 12:30 pm on sat. and made it to the track by 3 pm

Was great to be able to put some faces with the names altough there were several I wanted to meet and did not get the chance , maybe next year , I hope

You'll like my favorite moment Mike... I ran the V6 in the morning autocross session with a pretty good time. I went to watch the afternoon session to see if any other V6s would be close and, to my surprise, saw Eric running the Pfadt SS. At the end of one of his runs, the SCCA timing guy hands him his slip and says " You need to go a bit faster... we had a V6 turning those times this morning!"
