Peeled of the red paint off SS emblem
Well I got bored and decided to peel the red paint off the SS emblems.... all it took was some nail polish remover, q-tips, and a sharp pair of scissors. Pretty happy with the result.

Looks good but the front looks crooked to me unless its just the angle of the picture

took the q-tip dipped in nail polish remover and worked it inside the SS over and over ....in time it starts to peel off(around 10 min per S)....then you just use the clean end of the tip to clean out all the red...whats left is the borders...thats when you use sharp scissors or a knife and outline the SS and it peels right off. Be sure to wipe done the SS when your done. You dont want any leftover nailpolish to start eating through the paint on the car.

Not sure... Check if your white paint is peeling on the emblem....that's how I find out that mine had chrome underneath it

Yes I peeled the white non-RS emblems. Seems to be white vinyl inlays. But it's black paint underneath looks awesome!
