SA Tuners
Any Good tuners in or around SA that are good with VVT that DON'T lock tunes.

I talked to Lethal and they told me they lock tunes even if u ask them not to... So I would guess ya its locked.
I can understand y, plp stealing tunes and using for personal profit, but to the honest guy its just a real inconvinces, and to the military guys that move around alot.
