AAARRRGGGHHH!!! NO HEAT!?!
Disclaimer: The following paragraph is only a rant, please excuse my lack of facts until cooler heads prevail.
My first complaint (hopefully my only) about my Camaro @ 7,364 miles is the heater quit working Decided I needed an excuse to drive my Camaro after watching Jimmy Johnson win his 5th title (GO CHEVY! ) and agreed to head to Arby's for some roast beef sandwiches... I let my car warm up in my driveway (as usual) until water temp started to climb... 42 deg. outside. About halfway there I noticed the seat heaters were starting to become uncomfortable yet the heater on bi-level was blowing cool air (-side note: worked just fine yesterday @ 37 deg) I hate going to the dealer I purchased from because they are in the complete opposite direction of where I work, and all of the dealers on the way to work seem worthless Anyone else have heater issues yet? |

My heater almost works too good. It only got down to around 20* before I put it away, but after about 3-5min of warming up and another 3-5 min of driving I had to turn the heater off as I was getting way too hot!

I had my heater core start leaking...it started to smell like syrup inside my car whenever I put the heater on

I imagine that if your name would be Anderson GM would have put a heater system in the car. Buy I think they figure out that you would'nt need a heater in the desert......Just a joke freind.... Get the car at the dealer, there is no reason for not having a good heating system in your car.

Mine stopped working one day.... Next day I got in the car and it worked. Worked ever since. Gremlins I guess.

Stupid question but was the dial on heat? I've freaked out before wondering why my AC wasn't working only to eventually notice it was turned all the way to hot.

It was on heat, even tried turning it to max/cool and then back all the way to the right (to the little red dot). I even adjusted the fan speed and tried bi-level, top only, bottom with defrost & bottom only... |
