wow, i can't believe I just went through all 14 pages and only found one car that was lowered on 18"s rims. lol I pm'd him for the info of what springs he used.

Anyway, is there anyone here that has dropped their car with the stock 18" rims or aftermarket 18" rims? I'd like to see a picture and how far the drop was. thanks! I'm looking to get the bmr 1.4" drop on the front and 1"drop on the rear...

An LS is in my future. I debated buying a used SS but there is so much i dont like about the cars. And my plans for the car include gutting it. Solid axle conversion and a Big Block. I cant wait to roll into a delearship to get an oil change and watch them scratch there head and have to ask me what size motor is in it.

I salute you, sir. When you figure out the solid axle conversion let me know. I'm thinking of getting a ZL1 block and heads and building a 496 to go in front of a t56 that's in the garage already worked to go behind a Rat-motor.

New owner of an '11 Black/ Black LS w/ Manual Transmission... Absolutely love the car, no major mods planned... For the money, I can't think of anything else that compares... All in all, a teriffic car, and would be even if it cost several thousand more. The V6 feels just as lively as the majority of 4th gen V8's i've driven... Even with the the stock 18's, ride and drive is on par, if not better than the 02 325is sport package I traded. Fit and finish is much better than I expected. The outward visability is much better than I anticipated based on what I've read on this site and others, and the car's size and weight disappears once you're moving.

I just finished painting some interior pieces and installing my INJEN cai. Definately recommend the INJEN. Nothing like hearing that whistling sound

Here is mine with Hotchkis springs (and sways). It has a claimed drop of around 1 1/2 (on the ss). It looks like it dropped more on mine.
