You have to remove the intake manifold, the spark plug coils, the dirty and clean side PCV tubes. Then you remove the felt material above the valves along with the metal plate holding them. Its just 10mm bolts holding the valve covers on. Once removed, I removed the rubber gasket from the valve cover, prepped and painted, then reinstalled. Its mostly time consuming. I did it inside my closed garage, didn't want anything getting inside the engine.

So sick! It's a shame GM didn't produce the ZL1 in Synergy Green.

I like the rims on that, Maroman. I also like that first picture. Cool backdrop, but what the heck is that thing in the mural? Some kinda robot cyclops leprechaun!?
Looks cool though. Good eye!

Chalk up another win for Synergy! We entered a Halloween show last weekend and won the "Scariest Ride" trophy. It's the first and only win for our humble V6. Here's some pics:

maroman1138,
You got a real winner there! I really like what you've done. When I change my theme, (soon) I plan a couple of items like yours. (you know what they say about imitation...)

Thanks. It was temporary paint on a bar to celebrate St. Patrick's March 2011. Thought it was the perfect background for a pic. I love the props in and around your ride and congrats on the win.

Thanks. I really want a 1" drop but my driveway is too steep. Pisses me off.

Thank-you!

Yeah, watch out for those steep driveways. Picked this rash up in Tahoe:

(Some of those were assorted curbs and stop blocks.)
