Cool Need help with a back/blind spot camera project

any information helps....
i am looking for some idea as well as help with my existing concept.
i have installed a blind spot camera on the right side of the car that i have wired into the car using an add a circuit. the lcd monitor being used has a two input with an auto switch feature.
as of right now i have it connected to the right side camera.
in order to be able to switch to the left side i would need to wire into something that would give power for the auto switch to be completed
i was thinking about wiring the power for the left side camera into the left turn signal wire somehow. i am not to familiar with electronics and i am still learning and need some help. thanks to anyone who is willing to help!!
