Opinions need for Short throw Shifter
I am looking at replacing the factory shifter and seeing what others are using. I seen the popular ones are Hurst, but I was wondering what others are using or like to use. I have seen the Hurst, LSR or MGW. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

MGW is the best hands down. Replaces the entire shifter body, not just the center shaft. Also has springs to assist in shifting. Its nearly impossible to miss 3rd with a MGW.

Is the throw shorter on the MG versus the Hurst shifter or is it just tighter?

As far as throw goes, I think the MGW is slightly shorter. Definitely much tighter than the Hurst. His wobbled around in every gear he was in.

I was planning on getting the zl1 shifter or the hurst, but after reading this it looks like I'll be getting the mgw. Where's the best place to buy it from?

I've yet to find it cheaper than from MGW themselves.
