I think I'll take the Long Beach route in through Far Rock. One of my coworkers also told me the Belt is a mess. I'm not going to chance any damage.

ok no need for panic lol if we all meet adam at douglaston of the LIE we will take the cross island to the belt we will get off at crossbay blvd south go thru rockaway over the marine park bridge and we are there and by the way some of your LI roads are gettin as bad as down here so it would be nice if we all met and CRUISED together to the show trust me i live down here i dont want my baby hurt either but lets stick together please??? :-)

if you guys are comming from the lie, just take the bqe around the roads going towards the belt arent that bad, i travel them every day just take the belt east bound, give you a nice place to open them up by exit 1 and 2 on the belt just watch for the highwaycop that sits in the rest stop just prior to going under the vz bridge, plus its got nice views of the bay and the city
