Well as some of you know, my mother died in August. My brother moved in with his GF to "help" take care of my mom. He is a herion addict POS...but still doesnt admit it.

Well he was supposed to have a job one week after she passed, so I told him he could stay at the house if he chipped in 50% of the mortgage with the other tennant...a 65yr old gay man.

Well week one goes by, no job....excuse after excuse as normal. He then moves one of his friends into a spare bedroom and charges him $100 a week, to which I still never see a dime. Then two weeks ago he broke into the old guys half of the house and stole $65 dollars in change, and last week he broke into his friends room and stole $200 that was supposed to go to his daughters birthday party.

So his friend wants to kill him. My brother checked himself into a rehab and was supposed to be there for a month. My wife called his GF and told her off, and how shes a POS trash and shes killing my brother. She then tells her to take her son and get out. It was the best thing Ive ever seen my wife do.

So my brother bounces out of rehab after 5 days (did I mention he was selling most of the furniture from the house during this time and that I had given him $2000 in the past month to straighten some bills out) and thinks hes going to stay there still. Anyways I tell him I will give him $1000 to pack up and leave today. We agreed on the next day.

Well that day goes by and hes still there. And, he pushed the old guy down some stairs and calls the police saying he hit him. So before the police come, my brother throws his herion stash in the neighbors yard and hides from the police....that he called.

I get wind of this and let him have it over the phone. He says hes out the next day and he doesnt want to deal with it.

The next evening he returns there again. This time his GFs father died (her father hates her because she is a junkie too) well he had cancer for a long time, but it turns out he didnt really die until the next day.

I told him dont start shit, just go to your room and get out in the morning. Not even 2 minutes later I get a call from Becky (wife) that Kris (crackhead) called the police on the tennant again. Says he hit him because he wanted to walk the dog....complete bull, in 30yrs Ive never seen him walk a dog once, now he wants to walk a dog at 9:30pm?

Anyways the next morning I show up and he doesnt have anything packed. Im ready to beat the ship out of him and burn his stuff. I think he could tell I was a little heaved at having to drive 300 miles to babysit him. He tried to start some more crap with the old man and me, I just keep laughing at him and told him to have fun packing.

Long story shorter (sorry for the length) hes gone and I changed the locks, and everybody knows hes not allowed near the house without a police escort. Hes living with his GFs mom...again, where he was before he moved in with my mom. Whats funny is one of the last things my mom told me was that she wished that Kris was never born. He has been one of the worst son/brother/fathers the world has ever seen, and I hope he dies soon.

I know it seems harsh, but I gave him chances when everyone else gave up on him, and he returns the favor by lie after lie. Now we have to fix his sons credit, which he racked up $22k in debt on, file police reports for that and what he stole from my mom, and find a way to have him removed from the will.

I seriously hope he dies along with his GF and I truely feel sorry for his GF's 15yr old son, who no doubt will be following their path.

WOW. sorry to hear the BS you had to go through. Now i read your other post and also mentioned to give him a try, but after something like that you have every right to do and say what you did.

i also have a little brother who is not a druggie or and alcoholic but was irrasponsible which i spelled wrong. he also messed up my bros credit after he let him move in with him helped him buy a car and he goes and turns around and still from my older bro.

well no story really needed but i hope things work out and you can live a peacefull life.
