the louvers are screwed to some metal plates that are stuck to the window so in order to clean the window all you have to do is unscrew everything.

Wonder if you could screw the louver to a hinge , and screw hinge to the metal plates. Just lift up the louver to clean then. Just a thought

Where did you get the rims..painted? Is that a red chevy emblem in the middle?

Damn I'm really torn on this between "meh, not terrible" and "pretty sweet". So all in all not bad. I'm wondering if a taller rear spoiler might help even things out a bit.

I'm actually really interested in doing the small side windows if I can find a good set. I've seen a good set but don't know where they were from. All the ones that I seem to keep finding are more rounded than they are sharp like this rear one. Rounded and no actual gap between each louver; they're connected. Looks terrible.

i got them powder coated at "clutch up" in warrenton, va. they charged $125 per rim and another $50 to paint the caps black with the red bowtie.
