I think at least 3 are going from Knoxville area.

Hello all you Nashville area Camaro owners. Wanted to let you know that there is an All Chevy Show taking place in a few weeks in Nashville. The show is open to all 55-72 Chevys and 1967-present Camaros. There will be 1000pt. judging for those looking to test your detailing skills but if you just want to be part of the event, there is a "Cruisers" class on Saturday for a $10 fee.

There will be a few members of Classic Camaro of Central Florida making the trip up for this event and would enjoy meeting some of you at the show if you are able to make it. Check out the link for location, times, and details of the event. Us Floridians are looking forward making the trip and will be arriving on Thursday July 12th. Stop and say Hi if you can.

You can just do the Saturday cruise-in if you prefer. There are still awards for that group. If you want I can pre-register you for that I will just need to get some info from you. If you want to enter the 1000 point judging you need to check in on Friday & attend a mandatory judging meetting at 3:00 PM on Friday. Judging starts at 8:00 AM on Sat. If you arrive Th PM there ia a BBQ welcome dinner that is supposed to be really nice. There is a dance on Sat night & a cruise from hte hotel through downtown Nashville & back to the hotel on Sat afternoon. There are a lot of cool things about this event. You can pront lots of info about the 1000 pt judging system on the web site & it is a very cool thing to have your ride assessed on this system even if you don't care about winning an award. Feel free to send me a PM if you have any questions or I can help. They are pushing us really hard to have as many of our Camaros there as possible. They really love us. There is also an opportunity to earn some perks for yourself & the club if you are willing to do a 4 hr shift riding a golf cart for security for the trailers. PM me if you can help. The parking lot security will be provided by the hotel.

Edit - To pre-register you on Thursday I will need: your first & last name, & of family members/guests; year, model, color of your car(S); if you will be driving it in or trailering it in; if you will be doing the Criuse-in only (must arrive by 10:00 sat) or the 1000 point Show & Shine judging (Judging starts at 8:00 AM sharp Sat & there is a mandatory judging meeting at 3:00 Friday). You can pay when you arrive.

Music City Camaro Club: I am orginally from the Nashville area and will be in town next weekend. Looking to attend an event if there are any going on next weekend. Are there any regular cruise ins or cars and coffee events? I will be in the Franklin/ Cool Springs area but I am not opposed to driving out to other areas as well.

There is a cruise-in a few of us will be going to next Friday in Murfreesboro. It is behind Belk at avenue shopping mall off of the medical center pkwy exit. I think there is more going on but i cant remember. If you need more info just PM me or one of our other members and visit us here http://www.camaro5.com/forums/group.php?groupid=148

Also, in Mt. Juliet (just east of Nashville on I-40), at the Chick-Fil-A, there is a cruise-in each Saturday through the summer ... think it official runs 5-9PM, though folks start in there around 4:00-4:30 to get the best spots. This cruise in runs weekly (weather permitting) generally mid-April to mid October.
