I got mine from Garys as well. I opted to have my local shop match the paint though.

yeah ive seen the one from garys customs. i was just wondering on the quality of the bumper from rpi. The prices are very different.

Was also wondering about this... The bumper with all the conversion parts including paint for around a grand seems like a pretty sweet deal.

The less expensive ZL1 front end exact copies that appeared on this forum and eBay about two months ago are supposedly made in Taiwan.
I have no information on their quality. As to letting the paint dry/cure before shipping... It is a good idea to give it a few days before being wrapped in the packing material. I ordered a painted (black) fender from out of state and they packed it probably a day too soon. There was some transfer of texture from the bubble wrap to the fender which looked like a hologram. I ended up having to polish it out.
