GM CARD $1500.00 on CAMARO

Checked the GM Canada site tonight and found CAMARO on the list for $1500
under mid size cars.

It says 2009 but when you high-lite it takes you to the 2010 page for CAMARO.

My dealer confirmed months ago that if the car was on the list I would get it discounted by the listed amount.

Hmmm. Lucky you, still not listed on the US Site.

Also I just noticed that you cannot combine the GM Card Earnings with employee or supplier discounts.

I had planned on using supplier.

I'll have to do the math to see which works out better.

That is if they offer it on the Camaro here.

Up here the GM points are "after" the deal is totaled. Just before you right the cheque.

Where did you see that you could not combine your earnings with supplier discounts? I just went to the GM Card site and haven't found that statement. I went ahead and emailed customer support and asked if the Camaro would be eligible and if so how much. I also asked about combining supplier pricing with the earnings as well. I will update once I get an answer from them.

In the US there are different GM cards (that earn different %) and most can not be combined with employee/supplier pricing. There is one that can be combined...GM Extended Family Card whch only earns 1% vs 5%. So depending which card you have it may or may not be used in conjunction with other discounts.

it depends on the type of card you have and also whether the employee pricing is the nationwide promotion or because you actually get it when they aren't giving it to everyone.

My mom recently bought a saturn at employee pricing and used some of my points. and i have the older 5% card, not the extended family, but because my account has the same address, it was accepted.

My old GM Visa card was 5% for a max of $500 a year. The new one is 3% with unlimited amount. Over the years I saved $500 on a 96 Blazer, $2500 on 2000 Gmc, $2000 on an 06 Impala, $1500 on an 07 HHR, $1500 on an 08 HHR SS & $2500 on an 08 GMC
