Bad tune?

I finally completed my cam swap and took the car for a drive. The engine light was on so I took it to get a scan. Below are the screen shots from the scanner.

I sent the PCM to TSP to install a tune based on the components I bought from them. Stage 1 Cam, D & D Delete, and headers with a cat delete.

Overall the engine runs really bad... but you can tell from the codes.

Have you tuned the car yet? If so, it appears as though something is off on the tune and/or something isn't hooked up correctly.

Nothing beats a proper dyno tune.

I really envy TSP trying to figure out what sensor was disconnected or harness not fully plugged in or ground wire not connected etc over the phone.

@silversleeper, I was asking a question. Notice there was a ? mark.
If a missing ground is possible or something not fully plugged in, you could have simply suggested that.

TSP suggested that a main plug to the PCM might not be fully seated so I'm going to try that when I get home.

Yes, but tech support via phone is like being waterboarded. Please criticize me after you find the problem and I was wrong
Sorry I tried to help you for free and you can't see it from a different perspective.
I'm not a certified mechanic and I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express so you probably shouldn't listen to me anyhow

I unplugged the PCM like TSP suggested and plugged it back in. The engine light is off now but it runs really, really bad. It stalls more times than not.

The only wire that I do NOT have plugged in is for the AFM system since I did a DOD delete.

It feels like the car isn't running on all cylinders. I definitely have less power than before the cam and headers.

I even tried OnStar to see what codes there are and they said there are no codes.

I wonder if the AFM was not turned off when they applied the tune.

I used an infrared thermometer and it looks like cylinders 5 & 6 are running 70-100 degrees cooler than the others.

Double check or reseat all of those coil wires, plug wires, injector wires, especially 5/6 like you said.

I would start one section at a time and reseat every damn cable or wire you see if you have to.

It would be helpful if you could find out if 5/6 have spark.

After checking all the wires several times I figured I would try and get a scan even though the engine light wasn't on.

And this is what I got...

"Lost Communication With Engine Control Module / Powertrain Control Module "A"
CONFIRMED"
