I can't remember on the split, but $250/50 sounds good to me. I'm not sure if there is currently, but I'd like to see a trade deadline a few weeks before the playoffs, as well as a no drop/add clause within the same time frame... I've seen leagues where a losing team suddenly "dumps" all their star players.... and while everyone has a quasi-legit claim based on the waiver wire, it's still far too easy to calculate your drops based on a friends needs and position, dropped players become inactive last 2 weeks b4 playoffs.... just a thought for next year.

As far as the add/drop:
ESPN is currently set with certain players being "undropable" so the best players cannot be dropped unless they go on IR or are seriously injured, ESPN updates the list throughout the season so players that are ranked high at the start but dont perform during the season, vice versa if a player heats up he can end up on this list... Dont remember when the deadline was but ill check, it can be moved if needed

Just checked on the trade deadline, your right it should be moved way up, next season it will be week before the playoffs, if not more
