Yeah but you can keep your $1000 annual car taxes. I'll happily pay $300 tax and $30 inspection

But you do have some pretty women! I nearly crashed 3 times driving through College of Charleston campus

NC vehicle taxes are lower, but SC is not nearly as high as people think. I pay under a $1100 for three vehicles including a 2006 Silverado, 2010 Camaro and 2012 CTS. A lot of that depends on the county as well. Also, my property taxes and state taxes are lower than NC.

Well D@mn...if a few "strict" inspection laws is all it takes to make a bunch of yankees pack up and leave the state, then perhaps we should consider tightening them even further. LOL...I'm kidding (well...Ok, not really).

For that mosquito-infested swamp "land" I should hope so

No, but I endorse it.

I'd check S&L Customs. They just installed and painted body kit and lowering springs a few weeks ago for me and did a great job. Pretty sure they did window tinting.

Appreciate that! We actually don't do window tinting at the shop. I highly recommend Tint Solutions in Mooresville, right at the junction of 150 and 21. They do all the tint on our project and personal vehicles. Ask for Chip, he is the owner. They are quick, use quality products and do good work.

I hear you, but they have been cracking down on tint around here. I know Chip's premium tint actually looks a little darker than 35, but it reads 35 on a meter. I won't go any lower than legal, I know too many people that get pulled for it on a regular basis.

Born and raised in nc. I've seen many people stripping it off to pass inspections or for fix it tickets. I won't go lower than 35 either. Bit I wish I could lol.

How dark it looks really depends on how much light gets behind it. Color of interior can make it lighter or darker too.
