Not a bad idea actually. DH found a place the other day that could powder coat our set of factory aluminum 18s for $160 in black. We just weren't sure how the red pinstripe would look. Now we know!

I am glad someone actually read the ad! It was not as if I was sidestepping a question....I thought the posting was quite clear as to exactly what I did to a set of stock wheels. To do them propperly they must strip the original powder coating, make sure that happens if anyone is getting them done.

Not to be an ass but I am with Revo on this I was a bit confused myself I did not see where it said they were factory 18" wheels re-finished. All we saw was
"One of a kind 18x8 2012 Camaro Wheels" if I think he was just asking if they were OEM factory wheels custom done. Nothing more I think they look great BTW.

maybe it was titled
"One of a kind Factory 18x8 2012 Camaro Wheels" some of us would understand a little better.

"One of a kind 18x8 2012 Camaro Wheels"

"was going to use these but ended up going a different direction. They have been professionally stripped and powder coated flat black with a clear coat...then taken to a professional pinstriper to paint the red on the spoke centers. You will not find another set out there like this, I had them done to my specks! All four sold as a set, buyer to pay shipping. Just want what I have in them...$750 for the set. I bought bran new wheels $400, stripped and powder coating $250, red striping $100. Someone is going to get a sick set of wheels!!! "

Side-stepping, now back pedaling... some fancy footwork to be sure. Now do make a favor and tell me exactly what my locale has to do with ANYTHING. Apparently OR is a good place for slimy half-wits that prey on fellow enthusiasts' gullibility. 750 sure would be nice wouldn't it? Unless you actually did pay that much for these, in which case the joke's on you.

The jokes on you Dick...you have successfully kept the post on top for quite some time! Never side stepped or back peddled anything...if you don't want them, cool! I could care less what you think!

If I would have known it would have created such a response, I would have titled them as such. I will take the advice for future posts for sure.
Thanks

Nice modified factory set, if these were chrome I'd be all over it.

They would look sweet on your ride if you had the stripe changed to orange. That was the accent I was going for with victory red.
