Service StabiliTrak Message, please help!!

Hello everyone,

So here is my issue:

I haven't driven my HPE 650 camaro for about a week (was comfortable in my garage) and I went to move it today so I could preform some brake work on my DD. When I started my camaro I received the Service StailiTrak message and I am not sure why, I am also scared to drive the car out as it runs horrible and feels like it is on 4 rather than 8 cylinders until I have more info. If anyone has any information on this subject, please let me know!

Thanks

Also when I had asked this someone suggested looking under the car where some of the wires hang down. They can get to close to your headers and burn which almost happened to me but I caught it before it melted the wires and tied it off with a zip-tie.

I have the mesh case around all of my plug wires between the headers and I dont see any burning marks on them, but i did notice some oil on the further threads away from the spark end, altho it doesn't look like the oil made it very far down on any of the 3

If the message flashes for just a brief moment when starting the car and doesn't set a code or constant warning, this is a known issue on 2010-2011 Camaros. If you turn the car to "on" and let the gauges sweep and chime extinguish, and then start the car, you shouldn't get the message. If you do, then there's probably a problem.

Do you have a link to any of the threads? I did a search but all I found were threads of people that had all of their warning lights come on and then the car drove rough because of the melting wires near the headers. I have the flashing Stabilitrak warning occasionally on my '11

I read it some time ago on this forum. I haven't seen anything about stock wiring melting on headers though. Different issue?

I'd give Hennessey a call maybe they've seen this before.

I had a loose spark plug I didnt plug in all the way after my header install and it ran like shit. Missing a jerking every time it changed gears. All the service stabilitrac lights were on. I found the loose plug and plugged it in and it ran smooth, no lights.

okay so an update after i limped to get the codes read at a near by auto shop:

Codes Thrown:
P0300
P0202
P0204
P0206
P0208

P0300: This is what I already concluded as it tells me I have a cylinder misfiring

P0202-8: These codes each tell me I have a bad fuel injector for cylinder 2, 4, 6 and 8. I think it has to be another problem as it is way to much a co-wink-e-dink that every fuel injector on one side of the engine goes bad after no signs and a week in the garage after a standard daily outting? I have contacted Hennessey and am waiting for their head tuner to call me back, but in the mean time I would love any additional input to try and solve this issue ASAP
