I would still say that. While this guy was able to pull it off without a hitch, (and yes, it did look pretty bad ass) you're really taking a huge gamble doing this on a public roadway, mostly because there's no telling what kinds of crap is all over the road.

At least it was on the ramp where there is no oncoming traffic and the person immediately behind him seems to be a friend.

There's an onramp near where I work... has about 270 degrees of curve (starts UNDER the freeway, circles around). When it's rainy/ wet, I can drift most of the way through it. However, drifting under acceleration is a piece of cake compared to what Russian dude did... very impressive!
