I have a 2010 l99 it started tapping in the morning about a month ago once it warms up it stops. The car has been at the dealership for a week and they said the noise was normal on l99s.Anyone else had this problem.

There are hundreds of posts on this subject, and there is a TSB on 2010 L99 lifters.

My dealer replaced my AFM lifters with the redesigned ones per the TSB. It is not "normal".
