May work out. Sounds like this could be an option depending on the stresses to the rest of the drivetrain, at 500 rwhp remember you may need to be beefing things up

So far, knock on wood, no more side marker issues. Oside PD doesn't even sweat me anymore. My ticket is a year old Aug 3rd...and wasn't turned in.

My guess is the lower hp one would probably be on stock headers...If I remember correctly even the Edelbrock guy said the one I was looking into would be under 500...also said the LS3s can handle 500hp range just fine...

I didnt read it all and dont know anything about the SC's and the goods and bads of each brand. But I guess I have to keep working now instead of retiring...lol

Like the different warranties, but like some others are those available only if you have a low mileage car? And other mods o.k.? We'll see

I dunno...didn't see any mention of CA smog legal....no mention of a tune or headers....no hp differences...probably no tower brace...

Warranty I think is based on how many miles and years are still on the original warranty...as I remember the Edelbrock guy said car had to have under 5K miles to use the warranty....but, if no problems by now with original engine, no need for the warranty anyways...

Definately will need a tune, headers maybe not. Said 50 state smog legal I think. Miles, yeah who knows

automatic is so much more forgiving with power. the torque converter acts as a shock absorber.
