I got the word the date is set for Saturday, January 11th, 2014!! I do not have details on the timeline yet, but would guess those leaving from San Diego or Inland Empire will have to meet and head up mid-morning.

Once I get the timeline from CCSD, I will create a list of who's going and from where, and those who said "Maybe" can be listed as "Definite"!

Sounds like we have groups from...
1. San Diego
2. Inland Empire
3. Orange County

Hey all, the Tour timeline is 09:30 am - 12:30 pm, so I am (currently) guessing a meet time for those in "outlying areas" will have to launch their cruise around 08:00 am! Details will be fleshed out, so stay tuned...

UPDATE for those going!

For some reason, I can not see the details of the voting poll (operator error?), so I gathered what I could from those who have posted in this thread with signs of interest. Please see Post #1 and let me know 1) if you are going, and 2) if I have you in the right area's list. CCSD had confirmed earlier this week that the folks at Hennessey can handle 50 of us, so we should be good to go!

Help!

If are you going and I have you down in the right area (San Diego, Inland Empire, Orange County and LA County), I need one volunteer from each area to determine a good rendezvous point for those in your area to meet in the morning, lay out the route, and make sure everyone in your group gets to Hennessey before the 09:30 am tour start!

FLASH!

I just got word while I was preparing this Post, that Hennessey needs to push the date 1 week out to Saturday, January 18th. Please let me know how this impacts your plans to go.
