Some of those times are not really representative IIRC. Now, the 7:24 was on PS2s, but the newest times, including Z06, are on the Sport Cup Michelins. Now - don't get me wrong. I'm not taking anything away from this REMARKABLE achievement (still assuming it's true ), but I'm sure there are better times for the GT. I haven't noticed, and don't have the time and interest in looking, because I know what are good times, and this is a GREAT time for this kind of car.

I seriously hope the OP that said this was to soften the blow of the price isn't correct, however, I do think ZL1 will be an outstanding value, regardless of what it ends up costing. I better start playing the Lotto!!!
