NEED HELP removing a roto-fab gotta have it out tonite

trying to remove my roto fab intake. whats the easiest way to pop the heat shield free from the grommet it snaps into on the bottom. i need it out tonite plz help

the grommets the only think i have trouble with and i have a tendency to break things so i try to not to jerk or yank on things but i will if i must

and before anyone ask or speculates the intake is fine im helping a buddy who is trading a IOML99 in for a summit white ls3

got it out just wasnt pulling hard enough i was afraid of tearing something up MODS delete anytime
