Hey everyone, I'm thinking of having Longtubes installed in my 2010 Camaro SS. Does anyone know a shop that doesn't charge an arm and a leg to install Longtubes?

Also, do you guys recommend having it tuned? I don't have anything in my car but a CAI. Any feedback would be great, thanks.

Question, you guys with Longtubes. Are you guys getting better gas mileage? Just a thought

Blu808 in my sig for the install. Anytime you make the car faster you drive it harder and mpg goes down =p

my garage, lol, but seriously took me and a buddy about 2 hours to install my LTs and HFCs i could have done it by my self, basic hand tools, very easy, i also **have heard** the sparkplug defouler trick works perfect to not have the CEL come on with out having to tune... yes you are leaving some power on the table with out re-tuning but it can be done, and yeah my MPG went down ~2 after LTs HFCs and CAI

What are you going to do when it comes time for smog cert.? Is everyone playing, "We'll cross that bridge when we get there?" How much will it cost to unmod the car of exhaust and probably CAI? I want so badly to do this, but am worried about the future.

As of Jan 1 2013 there is no more sniffer test, only visual and ODBC. So all you need is a cool inspector to look past the LTs.

Wow, no sniffer? That's crazy! I know a cool smog person

I want to do LT's because it makes the car sound bad*ss. Anyone want to make extra cash on the side if I decide to do this?

Luke will do a great job at blu808 for sure.

If you know a smog guy, that sort of info is valuable!! Hook a brother up!

Just sent him a message from the website. I will have to see if my smog hook-up is still around. Last time I used him was about 3 years ago.
