Squats are my biggest weakness right now. It's a real struggle to fit them into my training. Whenever I work a day of squats, it has me sore and tight for at least 2 days after. No other lift leaves me so sore after training. When you do a lot of running and agility and footwork training, losing two straight days is a no-go. Planning squats is always a challenge for me.

My last dumbell press today at the gym, I was diggin deep to reset the weight to starting position on the flat bench to complete the set. I was just exhausted at this point, a man came close to the bench and said "you got this". He put his hands one inch under my elbows and I just pushed another two reps in. Found strength out of no where. Think it was just motivation. Needed that!

well its was a great day. finally set a new squat PR for myself.. 700lbs x2!! Needless to say I am pretty pumped. I actually got it pretty easy, so I have total confidence to bump it up some more. Looks like I will be aiming for 800 now

Tonight was Chest for me at Golds Gym. Just enrolled in L.A. Boxing as well, I've been attending those 2-3x a week.
