I respectfully disagree.

When it is at the top, people would be more inclined to open it/read it/post in it/and possibly "pay it forward". As a bump, it still falls to the bottom at times and someone in need could have missed out and someone looking to help someone does not have that little thing to actually let them contribute (I donate, but I am more inclined to give money when I see someone asking for it than to just go on a website and donate- i.e. Salvation Army Bell Ringers, I see em so I donate, I dont go on the website and donate because until i see em' I don't necessarily think about it.

Make sense?

I've got a pair of stock SS mufflers with the tips if anyone wants them, they are just sitting on my porch taking up space.
