hopefully you live fairly close to a deaer....ANY chevy dealer will do....actually any GM dealer.....get in your car and drive directly there.

the fact that BOTH remotes don't work and your car is fairly new....if it were me....I would be thinking that the transmitter has gone on the fritz, which would lead me to the dealer.

Mine did this exactly once and fixed itself after 8 hours. No idea what happened.

I've had this happen a few times.

My fix was to use MY remote and NOT my wife's remote to her Equinox.

Oh yeah, I guess this doesn't really help you. :-)

Camaro1444, mine has done the same thing...except it will go for weeks then all of a sudden nothing works. Locks, remote starter and trunk...dead. I promise you, it WILL happen again.

Funny, like ChongsSS/RS mentioned...drive it down the road, try it again, and it works. I want to take it to the dealer, but its an intermittent issue and fear there's not an immediately solution. If I do take it in (and get resolution), I will let you all know.
