If it had to be (new)for the same-ish money I would get a Srt8 challenger.
I would take the bus before a I bought a mustang.

Mustang GT500 with the track pack, please. OMG, I can't imagine road racing the Challenger!

I've been waiting for 40+ years for a car to top the '69 Camaro in my book. The 5th gen is finally that car...I wouldn't get anything else.

If they did not build the Camaro I would not have bought anything. I just would have put more miles on the 69 Camaro.

I probably would have kept my 01 Camaro SS. Even though I like the Challenger...I'm not a Dodge fan. The mustang is not an option, I got way too many enemies(friends) that I give a hard time about their mustangs and if I got a mustang they would never live it down. Thank God Chevy came through with the 5th Gen Camaro. Chevy or nothing

Well the G8 GXP was always high on my drool list but sadly when I was in the market for a new car Pontiac was dead so even had the Camaro not been around I still would've had to run with my original choices of Challenger SRT8 or something by BMW or Mercedes. Now if there was a time machine option things woulda been much different!

I was originally researching the Challenger R/T before I decided that the Camaro was a better buy. Especially when my local Dodge dealer would not budge in price. The Camaro was right on.

Wife saw the transformers movie and the instant it changed in the tunnel, had to have one! Had it not been produced she would have kept her 3.5 SE 5 speed manual trans Altima. I already have a 69 427 400 HP tri-power vette.

I did buy a challenger. I got an unbelievable deal on it. It was larger on the inside than the other two. Still going to get a camaro being I have already had 15 of them lol. Can't stop now. But right now for the price I chose my challenger

Mustangs are a dime a dozen. There are so many everywhere they do not draw attention, so I guess if you don't want a head turner go with the mustang. I see Camaro's more than I see the Challenger, but for every camaro or challenger I see, there are 20 mustangs. I am sick of mustangs. Cannot believe I bought an 05 gt when they came out. Didn't have it long when my neighbor bought one exactly like it!
