I thought otherwise...unless, the car has already been issued a VIN, in which case you could go to your dealership and do all the paperwork and use the offer, just as if the car was sitting outside - though mind you, youd be signing for a car you haven't seen yet...

You just have to buy the vehicle by April 2. You must have VIN to buy it.

I ordered a truck in February and it's TPW is the week of April 9. So, I'm out of luck.

In order for anyone to help you get a $1000, they have to have your name, address, and email address as well as the model of car you want. That all has to be entered on the form when it pops up. It is then emailed directly to you by Chevy with all that info printed on it.

Does anyone know if this can be combined with the personalized private offer mailings that went out at the beginning of March (and are good through April)?

I've already got one of those that I'm using that will net me $1500 off, but I'd definitely take another $1000 off.

I'm signing the papers on my '11 2SS RY vert on Saturday, March 31.

Just had one pop up for me (just by repeatedly following steps listed earlier in this thread, minus the clearing of my cache). I just kept closing my browser session and starting over.

But to follow my previous message, here's the fine-print at the bottom of the pop-up window:

Take retail delivery from dealer stock by 04/02/2012. See dealer for details. Vehicle must be purchased or leased by the person whose name appears on offer code print out, or can be transferred only to an individual residing in the same household (same address) as the eligible recipient noted on the offer code print out. Transferee must provide proof of address, including valid driver's license or state picture identification. Offer code is required. Offer is nonnegotiable and not redeemable for cash. Only one offer code may be used per eligible transaction and each offer code may be used only once. Not available with some other offers. Offer not available on Camaro ZL1, Cruze, Sonic or Aveo.

So I'm thinking I won't be able to combine it with my $1500 mailer. Thoughts?

If I can't use this one - and can confirm that in the next little while - I'd be glad to enter someone else's contact info and have this $1000 find another good home on the ledger sheet of a Camaro purchase. (I've got the pop-up open on another tab right now.)

I must be doing this wrong. I followed the directions at home last night, about 15 times, and only got the "request a quote" to pop once, despite clearing my history/cookies/tif/forms each time, and restarting IE the last half dozen or so times. Today at work I've tried another dozen, and only go the "request a quote" to pop once here too. Shouldn't I at least be getting that to pop up more often?

Edit: Well, I figured out how to get the "request a quote" to pop up more often...lots of F5-ing. Unfortunately I'm not out over 30 "request a quotes" and still at zero "private offers". If anyone has one they're not going to use in the next week, I'd love to put it to use.

What is says on the coupon is:
"This offer can be used with most others currently available."

So, it's unclear.

I talked to the chevrolet marketing support department this morning about available incentives and she actually pointed out THIS exact process (the popup offer) and stated that it expires 4/2. She couldnt say if they're offering it beyond that because they don't know offers until the day they are available (or so she is told). Hopefully they'll renew it!! We won't have our car until early May at the absolute earliest from what I gather.
