Is this an alignment problem?
Changed my wheels and tires from stock to mmr017/mt street comps. It rides totally smooth without any vibration. The problem is that the steering wheel is cocked to the right about ~7 degrees when traveling perfectly straight! Does this sound like an alignment problem? Thanks for any insight on this!

Take it to an alignment shop. They can set the steering wheel straight and make sure the wheels are aligned. They have to set your steering wheel straight then align the tires to match the position of the steering wheel.

If the steering wheel alignment bothers you that much you can pull the steering off and re install it straight. Just remember to unhook the battery nothing worse than setting off an air bag on your face lol

Your previous alignment was probably not perfect to begin with and now it's more noticeable with the new tires. Sounds to me like you have some right front toe out, but it can also be caused by others misaligned items. Bring it to a shop and get it aligned. A good shop should be able to quickly tell you if you might have another issue.
