Why didn't Onstar help you with your medical situation without buying phone time? What's the cross for?

Get well quickly.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my next
Track fix.

Thanks for all of the well wishes. I'm still laid up, but I'm hoping to at least go back to work next week, with either crutches or a walker. At 33 years old, I think a walker looks a little weird, however, it works much better then the crutches. I may have to put my vainity aside for awhile.

First I used the OnStar button, but they said they could only call 911. I didn't want to call 911 when I was in the parking lot of the ER. I could only imagine an ambulance pulling up to me and laughing that I was so close to the ER doors. Plus how much would that ambulance ride end up costing me? When I explained that to the OnStar representative, they let me buy 100 minutes hands free calling minutes and they told me the phone number to the hosiptal.

Without OnStar I would have had to wait for someone to come by and answer my screams for help.
