Somebody call him up and tell him that you want to buy the car but you want to give the money strait to the churches yourself.

Look closely at his order sheets, specifically the last one showing the "price detail lists the 2SS as base price of $38k. Not only that but check his feedback, he tried to sell a car as not wrecked but when the buyer went to get it it was.

Real nice guy! Someone should call the cops on this scammer!

Lawl. I asked him how he's so sure on the March 1st delivery date and this was his reply.

Quote:
They gave me the delivery date when I ordered the Camaro. Scott at John Hall Chevrolet told me I should receive the Camaro March 1st, and no later than the first week in March

from our good ol' concept car

i wouldn't trust this guy any farther than i could throw him. i tried to buy a car on eBay about 5 yrs ago. turned out it was the second time it had been listed. the first buyer (we contacted him to find out what was up) flew all the way out to see it & it didn't even run. not knocking eBay (i've had good business on there), just that guy & this one

Just to defend car sales on ebay, I do it as one of my side businesses. Its not easy sometimes, no one reads the ads, other sellers under price their cars or over price them and it screws up your auction. I'm almost at the point where I don't want to bother doing it anymore. I market my cars as full disclosure, I tell you everything wrong with the car down to the last scratch. And yet sometimes I still get people who will not show up to get the car, or show up and pass on it, with NOTHING wrong at all. Now I require $500 non refundable deposits within 48 hours of the auction end. It seems to work. I mean really if you are gonna spend that kinda cash, either check the car out or take the gamble and eat it if you lose.

I don't know what's wrong with the motor, but it has been taken apart.

I don't have time to deal with it, or I would get it.

I called the guy, he took it out of his vette, to put something with more power in it. I asked him what was taken off of it......he had no clue.....he said he wasn't a mechanically inclinded person, he had some after market place do it. He didn't even know that he was going to have to motor back after putting the new/more powerful motor put in....

in case anyone didn't notice. the 13th picture which shows pricing is a very basic notepad document. "price list.txt"

now tell me, if a dealer was selling you a 38k car would he be typing this information up in notepad
