Almost two months ago I picked up a new 2013 ZL1 vert for $10,300 under MSRP. It's the only year Chevy made the vert in IOM, so 2014 wasn't really an option for me.... :-P

EDIT: I couldn't get a private offer because they're apparently not valid on new 2013 models, but Brad (username VQ35DE) saved me an extra $500 with his GM Card deal. So, really I got it for $10,800 under MSRP.

A Z-Lone is what you get when you buy a Z/28 or a ZL1 when you don't have enough cash on hand to buy it outright. Then you make payments on your Z-Lone.
