Okay now, tell us the truth. You just happened to find this beauty sitting there by the little lake with the fountain and decided to take some pictures and your real ride is the van in background, right? Its okay can tell us. We're all friends here!

LOL! Nice job, my friend! Best looking IOM convertible I've ever seen!

Hi Wes, yeah I'm from Des Peres, so you might see me on the way past your house on I-70 someday! SSTG is also from your area (O'Fallon)!

Haha, this was probably the funniest post of the week! Thanks for the chuckle...got a real kick out of it! Believe it or not, I used to drive a Grand Caravan for about 8 years, when Dodge redesigned it in 1995. Although, I've been a sports car lover ever since I bought an '85 300ZX right out of college...but most of us still need those "other" vehicles (vans and SUVs) for practical purposes.

Thanks, AJ! Looks like you got your ice metallic Camaro. Did you trade in the ABM V6 and get a 2SS?

I hear you on scraping the Razzi front splitter as I've done it quite a few times and even scraped some paint off! ....even without being lowered and on 20's!!
Yeah, you really have to be careful with this Razzi kit, even if you don't lower your car. I love the side skirts because they are very unique as compared to other brands. However, I feel like buying several pounds of clay to design my own rear diffuser! Razzi wouldn't listen to me when I offered to fly up to Ohio to help them redesign it to improve it. I KNOW I can do one better. I've scraped the rear diffuser three times already and it wasn't my fault, two of which damaged it by cracking the right rear corner! You cannot see the damage in these photos, since I tried to hide it with certain angles. The chin spoiler never scraped, but the factory guard below the radiator got scratched up; although no real damage to it. The chin spoiler did get scratched when I pulled into my garage one time (something got moved and I didn't realize it). This also needs to be repaired. I am hoping to get all of this done next week.

Thanks, Doc! I think the matte black on the trunk alcove would be a great idea. It will look very nice with your rally yellow!

Thanks everyone for the nice COTW comments! I had no idea about this distinction until this afternoon when a fellow C5 member friend of mine emailed me about it. This is quite an honor to be the COTW! I never expected it. I have to give credit to all of you wonderful C5 owners who spend a lot of money trying new ideas. It really peaked my creativity. I also have to thank my two sons who I bounced ideas off of. If they didn't give me a thumbs up about an idea I had, then I didn't do it. I guess they have good taste. I only posted my photos to give everyone a chance to see what my car looks like in case they were pondering the same modification ideas. Hope this helps open a few eyes that weren't sure before. Good luck to everyone in their mods. PM me if you have any questions whatsoever. ~Jeff
