Do you offer military discount and the radiator cover is that replacement or goes over factory peice thanks

First - to those that have served... Thank you for your service!! They did answer the question. As a supplier, it would do their vendors a dis-service to offer anyone a discount. They were not saying that there is no Military Discount - they were saying... check out their vendors. I guarantee some of their vendors will offer a discount to our distinguished servicemen!!

Thanks everyone I just got one great peice at a great price from juice. Zl1Dan the answer to my second question is it is a replacement and much lighter than factory peice.
Would anyone know the weight comparison from the Oem fenders and these
