Added to the list; and I think that's our initial 10!

Again, more are welcome, and I'll try fit everyone in! So how is the weekend of the 30th/31st working for everyone? Either day, perhaps in the morning? And does anyone have any better locations in mind? I'm all ears.
I ok with either of those days and i was thinkin instead of the freeway wat if we find like back roads and do it on that so that there is less traffic. Just an idea and im sure there are some in sf area but I was thinking the back roads behind Mt. Hamilton, there a lot of straights as well as turns. Just throwing it out there.

I'm driving out their Sunday to check out a couple locations, one being Treasure Island, another that Mindz recommended. Got an address or something I can punch in Google Maps so I can find that spot easier?

I have access to a construction site that is fenced/closed off from the public. Not a lot of flat area for the rolling shots, but some interesting background of a building being built with cranes, wood, concrete pumpers, etc in the background.

There is a paved section so we wont have to be in dirt.

Just an idea.

Jason

Well this Sunday the 17th, I'm going to be driving down to the bay area, probably check out Treasure Island, the location Mindz told me about, and the other two posted up on here, but if you guys have pictures of the places you are talking about, post them up here if you don't mind! If not, also send me the address, or something I can Google Map search so when I head out Sunday I can try go there and get a look/ideas Basic Principle of Photography day lol.

If you guys check the OP, I think I want to do my opening scene with the one Camaro / smoke flare etc,. at Treasure Island. What I was thinking was worst case, some of the other locatiosn will probably be better/easier to shoot at, so I can film the opening scene using my car (or if someone wants to volunteer) at Treasure Island, then after that, we can set the meetup location at one of the other locations being discussed on the thread.

Again, send me locations/addresses, and I'm going to try head out this Sunday to scope out the locations and figure out shots, angles, scenes, etc,. Then by the time the 31st comes along, I should have everything figured out.
