Been out of town since Tuesday. My car came in on Thursday and I get it tomorrow evening. IBM 2SS Auto black interior. Had switched colors in January and they de;leted the RS package on me. I get it with a supplier discount because of the boo-boo. Will send pictures if I can get out of the car tomorrow evening and into the computer. First at the dealership to get one. YIPPEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sammy Hager " I cant drive 55" first tune.

Awesome. That is my car color but on a 1ss. If possible can you take some bright in the sun shots? How soon is the dealer gonna install your RS package?

Please take alot of exterior pics, there are so many members that have ordered an IBM Camaro but the real life pics have been few. Thanks alot in advance and drive safe tomorrow!!!!!

I dont know hows much the difference is between supplier discount and msrp, but I would rather have the dealership order the RS parts individually and put them on the car for you. You should get a slight discount from what you were originally pay because of the inconvenience. All of this just to make sure you get your moneys worth considering we dont know afterrmarket part prices yet (hopefully soon though).

That's a threadworthy question. If you could have your car TOMORROW, but without the RS package, or order again and wait, what would you do? Lol

But not jacking the thread, Sammy Haggars 55 song is certainly first song worthy so have fun and remember we' be needing some pics, pronto.

Can't do the RS after. Roof ditch molding and badging create a problem. I know I wouldn't want someone trying to pop the metal badging off of my car. I guess it could be done but the roof molding is another story.

Meh the RS package isnt a big deal.. i prefer the standard lights over the halo ones anyways... but the spoiler and darker lights are cool

I myself have a 2ss/RS IBM on order at Liberty Chevy in New Hudson....

I seen one driving on 75 headed towards troy...I was on the other side headed back to detroit...maybe your dealer took it out for a Joyride....

Its alot, HID, color roof ditch, badges, wheels, others I am sure... Make them order the parts AND give you supplier.

The f-ed up. You should get what you ordered and a discount for the troubles. Or I guess just getting all the RS parts and the labor to switch it over for free would be ok too...

Whatever but don't settle.

They'll order another if you want them but they aren't going to convert the one you have now to RS. Besides, It wouldn't be considered OE

I agree with the above though. If your cool with it then good. If not, order another.
