Help with GMPP

I am ordering a 2SS/RS and would like to order the following GMPP items:

1. Shorty Headers
2. Catback Exhaust
3. Performance Air Intake

The car will be an "almost" daily driver so I want it to be tolerable, but I want to kick up the performance a bit.

I've tried researching through GMPP's site, but I come up empty. I'm not very knowledgeable with this stuff. I talked to my dealer today and he has no clue either.

http://www.gmperformanceparts.com/

I'm actually going to the dealer tomorrow (160 miles away) and placing my order and refundable deposit with him, so he can order first thing Monday.

Could you offer advice on part numbers for the items and where to find them. Thanks in advance for your help.

This is JohnnyCamaro AKA John Cox from GM Accessories and GM Performance Parts. The Exhaust, Air Intake, and Headers will all be available at launch or shortly thereafter. The part numbers are not released yet, but you cannot order the parts when you order the car right now anyways. When you take delivery of the vehicle, your dealer will have the part numbers by that time.

So speaking of GMPP equipment.

With the crate motors, i know they were an option, and i've been looking at the LS7 or LS3 372/502 setups.

John. Do you believe those might be able to be ordered?

You need to clarify that question, because you can of course order those engines (I believe as complete turnkey engines) from GMPP. But they certainly won't be available as an option for the Camaro. Possible dealer install, I have heard of guys getting the dealer to do aftermarket engine swaps on their cars, but that would be the same as going through jegs or your local speed shop.

Wait a minute. Are you seriously telling me that I can order a V6 and LS7 at the same time and make a custom Camaro at a local dealer while maintaining my parts warranty? I'm sure I won't get the whole warranty, but a dealer-installed LS7 Camaro LT would be a real ball-breaker at the track. How do I make this happen? I want to know everything that you know about this.

Does anyone have any idea how much these items may cost to be added? I'm curious about them, but just need some more info. Also, how much does it add towards performance with each item?
