why only flat black stripes?
I apologize if this alreay has been covered but I would like to know why GM is only offering the flat black stripes and no option to order a gloss black scheme?
Will gloss be available from GM in the future? (I am aware of the aftermarket options). I'd love to hear from the Chevy insiders.TIA!

I kind of like the flat color, gives it a more riuggest look. gloss would probably fade anyways.,

Thought I would not like the flat, but meh..I do. I was going to have the dealer just hold off, but after seeing pics, I like it well enough. I guess I don't dislike it enough to pay a few grand for a new paintjob : )

With the 3M films and Epson colors you can have as many colors to choose from in any combination that a high resolution color computer image can hold.
I.E. you can get any color or shade you want. See my thread on Vehicle Wraps in cosmetics. |

I dropped mine as soon as i realized were flat, some people like them but in person i did not. I want longer stripes anyway and definately glossy. I might of kept gm style rallys if they were glossy but not sure.

I'm not thrilled that they are flat, but I think they will hold up better. We'll see. If we don't like them we can always have them taken off.....

I too cancelled the stripes when I learned they were flat. The dealer wasn't even aware of this and agreed to install gloss black from another source.
