It will be very competitive to Magnusson's kit.

Check out the new Whipple 3.4L Crusher Kit we just put in our 2010 GT500.
Does this mean that we can also expect a 3.4L for the LS engies too (if I read correctly in between the marketing suggestion line?????

Is a 3.4 planned or a 4.0? I really just want a solid 800 to the wheels on pump gas so I don't think I would need bigger than a 2.9 but I am curious.

Does it use the factory TB, and can it accept the new FAST 102mm TB?

I ask this because I know how much the "crusher" inlet and 160mm monoblade TB helped out the Whipple 3.4L when compare to the stock inlet and TB on the GT500's. +50whp easy

The stock inlet and TB on this camaro package look tiny compared to the crusher and monoblade. I know from experience that you dont want any sort of bottleneck before the supercharger.

Will you be offering larger inlets and or TB?

Thanks

I look forward to the 3.4L or even 4.0L in the future for LS3 apps.

I don't believe either the 3.4L or 4.0L are planned for the Camaro at this time.

The Camaro kit uses the stock throttle body. So if the FAST 102 is a direct bolt on for the stock intake then it should bolt up to the 2.9L in the same way. As far as us offering a crusher for the Camaro I don't believe so. Reason being that there's already a very short distance from the TB to the supercharger inlet on the 2.9L for the camaro. On vehicles such as the Cobra there's quite a bit of space between the TB and the supercharger inlet as well as a big bend. In an application like that a larger diameter plenum with less bends help flow more air but since the camaro kit doesn't have that there's really no room for improvement.

Now as far as an upgraded Monoblade TB from Whipple I'm sure that's something that we may see in the near future but I haven't heard of anything in the works just yet.

Lethal Performance will be offering an introductory price to the members of Camaro5 as soon as pricing is finalized. As soon as I get word I'll post up.

Thanks, Jared

If we are hoping, then lets hope it is less than a TVS2300.
