Isn't Horsepower Kings known for their inconsistent reporting?
The rear Mustang looks like a GT350R (7 spoke wheels and spoiler). This video could've been taken prior to the GT350R reveal....

Didn't know the full scoop on this website. So the news of it being a fraud website is new to me.

Saw a new Mustang in the wild yesterday instead of just on a lot. Was next to it in traffic at a light.

If the new Mustang had the last gen's front end, I think I'd actually like it. I can't get over those diagonal headlights.

Anyway. I'd love to see a stock '64 Thunderbolt with drag rubber go up against a new GTXXX just to see the real-world test.

That would be interesting... although good luck finding a stock Thunderbolt, lol.

Stock Thunderbolt on slicks vs. stock GTxxx on street tires... hmmm... I'd say Thunderbolt.

Put slicks on the GTxxx and maybe still Thunderbolt?

Anyone who owns an all stock, numbers matching Thunderbolt wouldn't likely race one.

That being said, the 427 Cammer was a *serious* motor, like crazytown serious. On crap 60's tires they ran 10.9X. Put modern fuel and tires on a Thunderbolt and it would eat a stock 15 GT for lunch and do it's girlfriend in the time leftover.
