Well, lunch time ( beer time for us as thats what we call lunch). Doing this journal, it seams that its all pretty quick to do. It's not, I never rushed things. Took my time to do it right. We started at 9am, and at the point where we are, it's 1:30. I kept constant cleaning so stuff wouldn't get lost or if we dropped a piece, hopefully not get damaged. Cleaner the floor the better.

Hood time. Removed liner.man, ever time I open the hood, I love seeing the SC.

Put TL1 template on.

Marked it out. Put blanket on engine and hard plastic block between hood and fenders. Got the Dremel out with metal disc. Cut away. Once again, once we found the "sweet spot" speed on the Dremel. Butta!

Dry fit the TL1. Needed to sand down the "lips" at the end by the windshield. Off to paint. Boy it looks good just like that.

So that's it for now. T3 need to cure so we clean up and I come back next day. Put a few shims in and throw another bead for security.

I throw on the bumper my self. No prob for 1 person to do. Put the hood liner back on just to keep dust out and throw on the Niche Apex and car is DONE!

I couldn't be happier. My wife, kids, and friends all love it. I feel like my father is looking down and smiling. I have a sense of happiness at this moment. My sisters and mother do not know as I want to surprise my mother with it by just driving up when the snow and roads get clear. I'm also just waiting for the TL1 to get painted.

This truly was a labor of love. I wish my father was still here so he could enjoy it!
