On top of many variables (location, credit rating, and deductibles levels), I think the more business you give a company...the more discounted rates you get across the board!!
I agree. They gave me a pretty good rate for my age (22) of 440 every 6 months.

I have always found State Farm to be very competitive against the other large insurance companies. I stay away from all the small companies because I’ve talk to friends and family that thought they had a great deal until they had a claim and couldn’t get service and what that got was a lot of heart burn.
I have had a few claims with State Farm when I was younger and they always stepped up, did a great job, and very good service.

Sound like most here are getting some good rates.. Keep in mind owning a home, credit scores, area you live in, miles driven to work, driving record, and age can really vary the rate.
The SS rate is about the same as our Corvette and not any more then my 2007 Tahoe use to be.

45, no accidents or tickets, with Allstate since I was 21, $804 every 6 months (good driver discount and multi policy discounts applied), full coverage, $1000 deductible.
Way too high if you ask me.

Agreed... yikes. I'm starting to worry about my quote. I'm 28 with a clean driving record (no accidents, and one ticket when I was 16). My profession puts me behind a wheel day in and day out and I've gone through some defensive driving courses for it.

I still have yet to get a couple much needed discounts, but I plan to revisit my entire package deal (three cars, and the house) when I meet with them in a week or two. I'm good for 30 days for full coverage they said with this new purchase.

Yeah, I definitely have to sit down with my agent and see if we can lower things. My other cars are kinda high too, but not as high as the Camaro (and it's a 6 cyl!) The only thing that may make a dfference right now, is they have me down driving the car more than 7,500 miles a year. That's high for me. I've had the car for almost 8 months and I only put 3,500 miles on it. But I doubt that would make that big of a difference.

We lived in Gwinnett County for five years...the rates there were high compared to where we live now.

Wow, i can't believe how expensive some of the insurance you guys are paying, more than my car payment. BTW, your credit score plays a huge role as well, mine was 820 out of 850 last month when I purchased the car. If your under 750, expect to pay at least double what someone with a credit score over 750 would pay.

State Farm since my parents added me to their policy when i was 16, took over my own policy when i bought my first vehicle from my dad when I turned 21.
Clean record, no accidents or tickets.

2010 2SS RS - 81.37 / mo
2007 GMC Sierra K1500 - 101.02 / mo

They also have my home mtg and Life ins, as well.

Maybe those cavemen or that Progressive Lady in those commercials is onto something...
