V6 Manual (smooth shifting)

I know I have seen complaints around about smooth shifting on these cars especially between 1st and second.

Mine now has about 500 miles on it and I can tell you that disabling TC and stabilitrac fixes it. The car feels so much more responsive to the clutch and accelerator. Anyway jsut something I noticed.

I changed my hydraulic fluid today and the shift from 1st-2nd is way smoother now. Before it was grabbing inbetween.

Its got 600 miles on it. There is nothing wrong with the car or its fluids. Though I did some more playing with it. When I got it Tire pressure was like 32 cold. I had less issue and car felt better but a little soft riding. So I pumped em to 35 cold like the door panel says. That's when the shifts got rougher. Though I hadnt realized it till thinking about it.

I have since backed down to about 33 cold and noticed shifting smoother with TC/ST on. I do know that ST does take tire pressure into account. In fact low or high pressure will cause ST error messages on other vehicles though I haven't gone that extreme to see error on this car.. So I am now thinking that tire pressure in combo with the TC/ST systems is what causes the change. Which can be alleviated by turning the system off.
